1990s Issey Miyake Permanente blue cotton that looks like a soft chambray denim oversized jacket and skirt ensemble. Jacket features a deep v neckline, large blue plastic buttons and large patch pockets. Jacket is A-line shape and longer in the back. Skirt is high waisted wrap style and midi length. Waistband is elastic in the back. Can be worn together or together as an ensemble. Size adjustable M-L. Made in Japan.
