Embellished with some of the most fabulous buttons that we have every seen! Very heavy gold tone metal twisted knot buttons that are approx. 2 long each. Extra snaps at bottom and top of jacket prevent the heavy buttons from causing any sagging to the linen. Classic highwaisted skirt with side zipper closure. Very good vintage condition – light staining behind middle button. Made in France. Fits like a Us size 4.
